I have been a customer for five years and have purchased motorcycle parts, service and bikes from you. It seems that your ability to show care for customers and there needs is lost. It would be a hope that when you lose important people that make the trip there worth it you would be vigilant in finding some to replace them who possess those same traits. Your sales staff shows no care your finance staff shows no care and your parts and service counter people are usually helpful but seem frustrated. It shows in some of there interactions.
